Terms & Conditions:

Receipt of your payment is confirmation of your commitment to attend the Independent Experience on January 13th - 15th 2024.  Payment is one-time, and will not be automatically renewed.

Registration: All attendees must register in advance to attend the conference.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of registration.
Event Format: All attendees must complete event profile and download Brella.io application in order to fulfill participation commitment.
Cancellation: Your registration affects availability for other attendees because the event has limited capacity. Full refund is offered (less credit card transaction fees) if canceled up until 10 days after the appointment registration is opened.  Failure to complete your registration within this 10 day period will be considered a cancelation and will not be eligible for a refund. 
Substitutions: Attendees may transfer their registration to another individual within their organization at no extra charge.
Program changes: The conference program is subject to change without notice. Should the event be canceled by organizers, attendees will receive full refund or credit for a future event.
Conduct: Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times during the conference.
Liability: The conference organizers and venue(s) are not liable for any loss or damage to personal property, or for any personal injury or illness that may occur during the conference.
Recording: Recording of conference sessions is prohibited without prior written consent from the conference organizers.
Privacy: Attendee information may be shared with conference sponsors and attendees, but will not be sold or shared with any other third parties.
Photography: Photography and videography will be taking place during the conference, and attendees consent to their likenesses being used in conference-related materials.
